We’ve reached the end folks. I am amazed at how far I’ve come in the last seven-ish weeks. I hope you are feeling the same way if you have followed along. Last week was incredibly special but I think I feel that way about every week because each chakra is so important. (Read last week’s post here.) I cannot say I am an expert after these past two months and I know I have only grazed the surface of the spiritual power behind each chakra but this challenge (even reading through) has been a great way to absorb some knowledge.
Now, onto our final week. The crown chakra. If my typed words had a sound this post would be whispered, the crown chakra feels as sacred to me as a temple that I must be quiet in to show respect. And in a way, it is, because our body’s are our temples and the souls inside are sacred.
The crown chakra is located at the top of the head and is connected to all those wonderful words that just warm your soul as you say them; divine, enlightened, spirit, wisdom, grace, understanding. Depression, confusion, and the inability to learn can come from an imbalance of this chakra.
This is such a spiritual chakra, more so and differently from the third eye chakra. As with all chakras and likely even more, the crown chakra flows most harmoniously when all chakras are balanced, hence why I saved it for last. A clean diet with plenty of water, meditation as well as meditative yoga are the most affective ways to balance this chakra. I have read about crystal healing and other tangible aspects (and believe me, that is often how I learn best), but I feel that because the crown chakra is so special, the healing must be done from deep within. But of course, to each their own, we all learn and grow differently.
Even if you have not followed along up until now, I would urge you to do those things this week, think of yourself as Liz Gilbert in Eat, Pray, Love and her time in India this week. Think of this week as your soul’s very own personal retreat. Focus on yourself, your future, your past, your present. Forgive and let go of that which is holding you back. Visualize the future you wish to welcome you. Meditate on the decisions you must make and the person you hope to become. This can be for anyone of any religion. Charge yourself up this week and remember that you can move mountains with your thoughts. You are beautiful and I have so much love for each and every one of you! Thanks for following along.
